Client information

The client should be prepared to submit a copy of his passport (for tax purposes).

Single Point of Contact

The client will be required to assign a ‘single point of contact’ for the project.

Client responsibility

It is the client responsibility to participate actively in the project by providing information when required.

Revisions and rewrites

All revisions and rewrites will be charged. It is important that the client be clear about what he wants in order to avoid changing the focus or direction of the project.

‘Scope Creep’

I reserve the right to adjust the cost of the project should the scope of the job, or amount of work I have to do is increased significantly.

Copyrights

As a freelancer, I own all the rights to the work I do until the final payment is made.

Pricing/Rates

Most projects are charged by the hours according to a detailed work plan.

Payment/Invoicing schedule

All projects requires an upfront deposit.
An invoice will be produced every month for the work completed during that period.
Upon presentation of an invoice, the client will have a maximum of 15 days to issue the payment.
Payment can be done via direct deposit, PayPal, or wire transfer.

Independent status and non-exclusivity

You are hiring me as an independent professional and it is understood that I am not an employee of your company and will not expect to receive the same benefits as employees or should not be expected to be held to the same requirements as an employee. Also, our working relationship is a non-exclusive one, and as-such, I am free to work with other clients at the same time and cannot be limited to work only on your project.
